Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Freight shipping for engines and transmissions typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location within the DMV area or nationwide.
Do you offer a warranty on used Japanese domestic market parts?
Yes, we provide a standard 30-day startup warranty on most engines and transmissions. Please note that the warranty covers the internal components of the block and head only.
Can I pick up my order in person at your warehouse?
Absolutely. We offer local pickup at our DMV-based facility. Simply select the 'Local Pickup' option during checkout to bypass shipping fees and schedule a time for collection.
How do you verify the mileage on imported engines?
We source our inventory from reputable suppliers in Japan. Mileage is verified through Japanese export certificates and internal compression testing to ensure the engine meets our quality standards.
What is your return policy for incorrectly ordered parts?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened or uninstalled parts. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns that are not the result of our error.
Are the engines cleaned and inspected before being listed?
Every engine undergoes a rigorous inspection process, including a compression test and a steam clean, to ensure it is ready for installation when it arrives at your shop.
